Data processed
Your full name, company, email address, telephone number, country and the content of your message, as submitted via the contact form or by email.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and conclude a possible contract, on the basis of Article 5(2)(c) (conclusion of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
Transfers
Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared with suppliers, carriers or banks to the extent necessary to fulfil your request. Our email infrastructure runs on our own servers.
Retention period
Data is retained for the periods prescribed by the applicable legislation after your request has been concluded, and is then deleted or anonymised.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only the technical records needed for the site to function (server logs) are kept.

To exercise your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK, please write to info@temirmakine.com. Applications are answered within 30 days at the latest.
